If someone is afraid, that his kid will watch them play, then take parents money and gamble them away, then the problem is not in gambling, but in education. It is parents fault that they neglected the child, did not explain what is good or bad, what is appropriate to do, and what not.

I would guess that "kids" could be different, a 13-14 year old is still a kid as well and online world is not blocked to them if they know what they are doing. Nothing stops them from starting a new gambling account in an online casino and they could end up with losing a lot of money if they are not careful.

I personally believe that the best thing to do in the end would be making sure that you are going to end up with a kid who is illegally gambling without giving any KYC or secretly taking the photos of the ID of someone older who knows. In the end we should not be gambling in front of the kids because it is not 1950's anymore, any kid could end up making some gambling online account and could lose a lot of money if they are not careful. I personally believe that the best we can do would be teaching them how risky it could be if they are not careful.
