I mean it's a good tool but people rely too much on these social media channels only. It's definitely useful to know what's going on day in day out but it can skew you the wrong way too. I've had situations where I was planning on buying a coin but saw the toxic community on a particular outlet and never bought in. Huge opportunity loss once that coin pumped.
Most likely when the manager cannot handle well their members, investors always find it as a red flag and will never make it a good reason to invest in such a project. because it should always be normal to consider we have a friendly social media manager before even starting research about the project we are about to invest in. After we have someone who can easily answer our questions, we can proceed to research the project and know the team behind it.
Yup, managers and developers needs to work alongside with their investors without proper communication the project might seems like a scam and investors will not be interested, social media channles are one of the venue where investors can reach to the developers and the team behind the project, if they can get some updates and news from the team investors will be glad to continue following and supporting the project, and possible to bring more people to invest with the project.
