When it comes to crypto being a legal currency or a legal tender, there are only a few countries who does that now. This is where the people are excited at. Let see if it's possible that many countries will join the union. As for the regulation, this is true. A lot of them are now happening.

I think the impact isn't totally bad because some people thinks they are now more secure than ever. Only those cryptos that can be affected mostly by it are the privacy coins but I wouldn't worry since their numbers are only less. BTC is the best crypto so far but let's admit it, we can't see the future and we don't know if it can continue like this forever.
