I have doubts about this, because you can see previously how Brighton is happy to let go of their players if someone wants to offer a high price. We saw how they let go of Alexis MacAllister and Moses Caicedo because both were bought at high prices by Liverpool and Chelsea, if the two teams from The city of Manchester could make a tempting offer, I'm pretty sure Brighton will sell him without thinking that they need Mitoma who has impressed for several seasons with Brighton. Could Brighton be like Dortmund? who sells his potential players to make a lot of money in order to stay safe in the English premier league, because a club needs a lot of funds to maintain its performance and they will look for other young players who have good potential.

In the last 2 season most of big clubs are watching to Mitoma performance during defend Brighton and he has showing very impressive performance everytime he was played so i have no wonder if Manchester United, Manchester City and Liverpool has been showing their interest to Mitoma and the recent news i have read today Mitoma has been decide his future that he want to stay longer with Brighton and in the near future Mitoma will signing new contract and it says Brighton will protect him with giving 5 years contract durations and this is will ended the speculation about him and why Mitoma has decide to extended his contract with Brighton because he feel comfortable to playing at this team besides that Mitoma was very interested to Brighton long term project
