I don't know what you guys are exactly debating about but as far as I am concerned the specific case was resolved because the user himself stated that he able to withdraw the funds.

Can we say that the report has been completed and we don't need to prolong the discussion about the report being completed, I believe the team will complete each report and he just needs to wait until the team handles the problem. It seems that he is not an active user and his account is probably just to complain about problems experienced for this thread, after I noticed that the team was very friendly in responding to their problems, kudos to the team for solving user problems.
