On Theymos' profile page, there's a BTC address visible to anyone. This means that Theymos isn't really keeping their wallet completely confidential.

In other words, it's one of the wallets that can be publicly tracked, given the transparent nature of the blockchain. The exact amount of Theymos' wealth is unknown. There's nothing wrong with the original poster's inquiry, and I don't think there's any intention to intrude on someone else's privacy.
