Both, free VPN and paid one are dangerous when you use a shared IP. In order to get rid of trouble and be sure that your IP isn't blacklisted and no one uses that, is to buy a VPN with dedicated IP address. Dedicated IP is sold separately but be sure that your provider offers one.
