Well is quite unfortunate for the mate to have made such grave mistake of having multiple accounts on same casino, what most of those newbies don't understand is that it pays a whole lot to always read the terms and conditions of any casino and what action their see as red flag and in this case, multiple accounts is seen as red flag by many casinos and for the mate to have gone ahead to create a new account after his first account was ban is quite out of necessity considering he risk associated with such action just like In this present case.

I think all casinos forbid multiple account in their casinos. The guy was trying to play a smart game but luck gone out from him and he was caught.
