In the first place it is the responsibility of government to provide security and enabling environment for the people. The youths are suppose to be supported to thrive in any area of life that they choose with the unavailability of the government jobs Government is given the right of protection for the people because the people gave up their rights to elect them to take public decisions that is suppose to influence their lives positively.
