Granada game in this match implemented a fairly good strategy where they only relied on counter-attack strategies and played relatively defensively. However, every attack they made was quite good, especially since they were able to suppress Barcelona from the first half. I think we often say that the teams at the bottom of the standings are the weakest teams but sometimes that doesn't match the facts because they can balance their game and do some extraordinary things on the pitch.
Barcelona did have many opportunities to score goals, but because Granada's defense was tight, their chances were thwarted by Granada's defenders. With the unsatisfactory results from this match, of course, Barcelona failed to stick closely to Real Madrid in the standings so that the distance between the two of them is now 3 points adrift of Real Madrid.
It was Granada's quick goal in the first minute that allowed them to play on the defensive and hope for counterattacks. Barcelona had a lot of good attacks, but coming back from 2-0 is always very difficult, and they almost managed to do it, but unfortunately Felix's goal was overturned by VAR. Barcelona should have scored more goals, out of 10 shots on target, two goals are a weak result, but they did not lose and one point is better than 0. Thus, Girona remains between Real and Barcelona, the intrigue for Girona remains.
