Granada started the match well, they played like a team that was trying to put pressure on their opponent who wanted to undermine their dominance. Granada counter-attack scheme was quite effective compared to ball control so they were able to control the game. Granada players were able to take advantage of the space in Barcelona defense, they managed to break into Barcelona goal twice in the first half.
The draw that Barcelona achieved at home to Granada was not due to injuries to many of their mainstay players, but was the result of a lack of discipline at the back in blocking attacks from Granada players. Barcelona had to settle for sharing points with Granada, losing two points meant they failed to return to second place.
Granada managed to score two goals in thirty minutes of the first half, putting Barcelon under pressure and we will see how they tried to catch up, the whole match was dominated by Barcelona but Granada's defense was quite tight so it was not easy for Barcelona to score, the second goal equalized the score it even happened when the match only had 5 minutes of normal time left.
For Granada, of course this is quite fun because they are the bottom two teams at the moment, so when they face Barcelona of course no one thought that they would be able to get even just one point, many predicted that this would be an easy match for Barcelona to score a lot of goal, but the prediction was wrong and Xavi must evaluate their weak points in this match if they want to retain the title, because even a draw would make them even further behind Real Madrid, who after experiencing their first defeat this season managed to win three matches in a row.
Well, a big appreciation for Granada because they managed to hold Barcelona to a draw at home and even one point for them means a lot, especially since they are the La Liga promotion team for this season.

However, I am still amazed by Bryan Zaragoza's performance because he scored a beautiful brace in this match. He is an underrated striker whose name is rarely heard of and who would have thought that after the Granada vs Barcelona match was over, Bryan Zaragoza would get a call to strengthen the Spanish national team in this week's international break. This is an extraordinary achievement and he is certainly very happy to be able to represent the Spanish squad at Euro 2024. So far, Bryan Zaragoza is also on the La Liga top scorer list with 5 goals and remember, this player is still very young at 22 years old.
