Manchester United have been very inconsistent with their results since the start of the season and that has made many fans of the club to call for sack of their manager Erik Ten Hag as they think it's because of his lack of good tactical approach that has caused them the defeats they've suffered this season.
In any team, the manager is the one who gets sacked when the team is struggling, and Erik Ten Hag is definitely under pressure to deliver good performances for the team, if he continues failing to do that, then he will inevitably be sacked. Having said that, the manager cannot take all the blame, the players themselves also have to be responsible and do better, United is such a big club and it should be an honor to represent them, but these days quite a lot of Manchester United's players don't give it all their best, anyway it is still early to talk about sacking Erik Ten Hag and i am pretty sure the club would give him more time.
I'm not sure about this. Of course, Erik Ten Hag could be fired from the team as the chances of unsuccessful results increase. I think one of the most important teams in the league is Manchester United, but they are in a worse situation right now. They are performing poorly both in the league and in the UCL. If there is failure in the UCL this year, I think Erik Ten Hag may leave the team.
