Manchester United have been very inconsistent with their results since the start of the season and that has made many fans of the club to call for sack of their manager Erik Ten Hag as they think it's because of his lack of good tactical approach that has caused them the defeats they've suffered this season.
In any team, the manager is the one who gets sacked when the team is struggling, and Erik Ten Hag is definitely under pressure to deliver good performances for the team, if he continues failing to do that, then he will inevitably be sacked. Having said that, the manager cannot take all the blame, the players themselves also have to be responsible and do better, United is such a big club and it should be an honor to represent them, but these days quite a lot of Manchester United's players don't give it all their best, anyway it is still early to talk about sacking Erik Ten Hag and i am pretty sure the club would give him more time.
The poor performance displayed by Man Utd has indeed become a polemic that is quite widely discussed. And actually everyone still seems confused about what is actually happening at this big club. Their attack line seemed to have lost their sharpness and their back line also seemed to have lost their solid defense. Ten Heg, who usually always has the best solution, apparently still hasn't been able to find the best strategy to overcome the decline in performance at his club. I personally think that Man Utd is disturbed due to the many problems that occur internally and externally. Some of their players got into trouble. plus the case of the club which was initially going to be sold but then apparently won't be sold. The point is that there is a lot of uncertainty within the club. But apart from all that, Ten Heg must be able to maintain the squad so that it is in the best performance. Hey, last season, didn't the same thing happen at the start of the season? At that time, many people considered CR7 a burden on the club. But now we know that even without CR7, this club experienced the same problems at the start of the season. I'm starting to think that a change of coach might be necessary. I don't think Ten Heg is as good as we thought. But I also don't expect the club to rush into a decision. Because Ten Heg still deserves to be given the opportunity to improve the club at least until the middle of the season. If it goes well then Ten Heg is worth keeping. But if it doesn't go well then it looks like the club will have to make a decision.
