For some people, it might not be a problem, but I don't believe Chelsea deserve that kind of coach. Chelsea really need a coach who will teach the team how to play a defensive game when they are winning. Every team plays defensive game when they are winning, but for me, Chelsea don't have that kind of performance. It will be good if Chelsea team start learning how to hold their home tight because if they continue to lose, it will be difficult for them to a big match this season.
I don't see Pochettino being too bad, he is starting to show a lot of changes especially against Arsenal. Even though Chelsea didn't get three points in this match, this is a process to become stronger. Poch has seen progress with Chelsea, you can see that Chelsea are better than before, I'm sure that at least in the middle of the season Chelsea will be strong.
Chelsea's problem was not only that they failed to maintain their lead but that they were too confident that they could win the match, in a big 90 minute match nothing is impossible. Maybe this is what Poch needs to change and learn from this match to be better in the next match.
