Let us not consider it as a lose for now but rather let’s sympathize with the complainer for the inconvenience the casino is making him go through even if we are not part of the casino representatives, that’s all we can do for now why we wait for the casino to give their feedback as their representative have already assure the guy above that the matter will be treated as soon as possible and get back here with response.

A question for @cryptocasino.com, why is your deposit not going through automatically as every crypto or bank deposit does in other casino why must one need to pass through support system in other for them to get their account credited, as according to the OP, this is not the first time he is having that experience, and how many people have had such complaints, and if it’s not just him you need to work on that as it’s look like a horrible experience for any who want to gamble in your casino as they can’t do it when ever they want.
