Let's take this from two very perspective, the perspective of :

• The shop or business is there only means of survival and they basically do not have anything at hand to go for the checkup so they need to stay and make sales before going for the check up. Sometimes the person might become unfortunate but in this case the person is not to be blamed.
• Secondly, illiteracy can be the reason, most people don't have this knowledge about the dangers of self prescription and medication, this was all thought in our basic education but even some knowing they still prefer doing harm than good to themselves.
