The shop or business is there only means of survival and they basically do not have anything at hand to go for the checkup so they need to stay and make sales before going for the check up. Sometimes the person might become unfortunate but in this case the person is not to be blamed.

There is no excuse for anyone's carelessness or negligence for proper health examination. Your business or the money you make from it cannot exist if you are not in excellent health to take care of it. Even if you don't have the money for the checkup, you can always borrow it and have it refunded once you're healthy again. There is a justification for delaying paying bills, but there is no excuse for dying as a result of medical negligence.
