Sooo.. I made this mistake around 440 days ago. I'm writing again to inquire if there have been any changes during this time that would allow me to recover this amount? 
In theory it is possible to recover the fund, but lot of efforts must be done by the high position staff (big guys) whom able to access the site wallet.
This mistake happens many times on other sites (gambling, exchange, etc), however most of the sites wont solve the issue due to some reasons.
For example, Security reason - they dont want to change anything on their payment system.
Or the sites use 3rd payment system where they dont have any access to it.
