I share my answer to this. To be frank, I don't care about the other people, or, let's say, those people who're not related to me. I share many pieces of advice and opinions here in the forum about how to aid addiction to gambling, such as that, but that's it, because I believe it's still up to the person if he or she will absorb my advice or every piece of advice he or she receives. My only concerns are my friends and family. I once helped a friend who got too addicted to gambling. I helped him divert his attention to other things and helped him earn in different ways, like trading and investing in bitcoin, which is more efficient than wasting money on gambling with no idea if you will really earn from it. So I'm more likely to help related to me only, maybe I can help to the others but will not put too much effort.
well, its one thing to give a person an advice but then it another thing all together for them to abide to your advice at some point, so for sure that friend that you helped to advert gambling addiction was already fade up with his constant loses and become frustrated and ready to change things around him, and being opportune to have someone like you to have brought the change and a workable mechanism for him make the whole process of quitting the addictions very easy for him the ops.

first thig first, to escape addiction, one need to make up they mind to quite before any other thing can come second and sometime it better that the change comes from within instead of being forced to act according to a particular to quit addiction which have proven not to work like that.
