Gambling should be done very cool mind and tension free. I think all those who can make money from gambling and avoid losses follow these rules. Panic is the biggest problem with gambling losses. Without a doubt that should be the very basics if a person wants to gamble as there is no way to become a responsible gambler without following those rules, but we must also consider that people gamble in order to bring some excitement into their lives and the idea of gambling in this way does not appeal to them, as then any sort of risk seems to disappear if they do this, so they willingly ignore to take those precautions and while the majority can get away with it, there is a minority that will suffer greatly because of that decision.
