Hi, I will need some explanation about your KYC requirement, what do you mean by no upfront KYC? Or no KYC you meant? I think this mean that KYC can still be asked if needed? I am seeing new online casinos using the same statement, but why can't it be no -kyc? Because this can easily confuse people thinking that there will never be any need for KYC requirement.

No upfront KYC means there’s no KYC during the initial registration process because most of the new casino won’t allow you to deposit without undergoin KYC. Empire is a license casino which means they have an obligation to ask KYC if your account is showing some sign of potential violation about the ToS.

It’s not really confusing if you knew the standards of casino in regards of KYC. There’s no such centralized casino with license will offer a total no KYC feature to its player due to AML policy.

People don't need to get confuse about those No KYC requirement needed use since this requirements nowadays is normally ask by most of successful casino so we need to deal up with this especially if we know that they are just complying with AML policies and not just asking that randomly or without reason since its really disappointing to submit that knowing that majority of us here supposed to be want to remain anonymous as we can. Nowadays its not confusing to see a casino didn't ask for initial KYC requirements since those casino owners know that many will get disappointed at them that's why they choose to ask this at late where we have balance stuck or something suspicious happen so we don't have any choice to submit our KYC to verify our identity.
