Manchester United have been playing in a 4-2-3-1 formation since the beginning of the season. The team is not able to do well in this formation and match strategy. Even then Ten Hag kept his formation unchanged like a fool. Ten hag should have done some experimenting with the team since the team is not doing well. Bringing changes in formation and match tactics. But he has kept Manchester United's match strategy and formation unchanged. Even after the team did not play well, Ten Hag did not experiment much with his team. And I will blame ten Hag for Manchester United's poor performance. It makes me wonder what they were doing, the whole pre-season if he was wasting his time focusing on perfecting one formation yet there's no improvement with it this season, the thing about this coach is that he's very stubborn and feels he's doing the right thing even when he's wrong, if he doesn't change his strategy and stop his poor decision making then I think he'll end up loosing his managerial role in his second tenure at Manchester United just like some of the previous coaches before him.
I don't know how true but there's a rumor that Manchester United have already lined up Zinedine Zidane as a possible replacement for Erik Ten Hag if he fails to improve the teams performance and he's been given 2 ultimatum to prove himself worthy of restoring the team back to playing better like the previous season.
