Personally I wouldn't treat crypto gambling much different from traditional gambling, or even any other money related subjects. When it comes to dealing with money in our everyday life I would recommend to be financially responsible as well. All of it is leisure money that I need to include in my monthly budget plans. Allocating fixed amounts for all the things I want to do has helped me a lot to remain in control of my finances. That is also why I think that someone who is responsible in his normal life has no problem to be so in the digital realm as well. And someone who struggles to control his finances every day will also struggle online.

You are very correct, in as much as several of us try to pretend to be who we are not online, the truth is that, people who are careless with their finances offline, will also be so online, just as you have said.

And your strategy of allocating fixed amounts for all things like gambling, movies, eating out and so on, is indeed a good one, and interestingly, it's something that will help alot of us take control of ourselves and funds, most especially, in the area of gambling.

But the problem is that, many of us see gambling as a way to make money, an average person will spend money on eating out on a fancy hotel, spend money on movies etc and expect nothing in return, and even be very happy at the end of the day, but the same person will spend money on gambling and expect to get x1000 back as profit, and when that does not happen due to them not being lucky, it becomes a problem.

If we all can learn to see gambling as just having fun, which is what it Is, and stop expecting nothing in return, we probably will have a better gambling community.
