Will New Zealand Qualify for the World Cup? Or Pakistan?
Don't write AFG, they still have two game while NZ and PAK has only one game left so who knows if AFG win both games then they can surpass both of them and take a spot at top 4.
NZ playing against SL on Nov 9
PAK playing against ENG on Nov 11
So we have to wait until that to find who is going to take that 4th spot. As I said AFG also got a chance too if they can manage to pull some miracles.
The chances of Afghanistan to qualify for the semi-finals are still very low. They have their matches against inform Australia and South Africa. They should win both of these matches to qualify. This looks like an impossible task. Their net run rate is also not on the higher side.
If New Zealand wins that match against Sri Lanka, they will surely qualify for the semi-finals because their net run rate is better than the rest of the competing teams.
Pakistan can qualify if they win their match against England with a good margin and Sri Lanka beat New Zealand.
