I can try to reach them through other channel if you want to, but I think... though I fully understand it might be inconvenient, would it not be better to just reach the 50 USD minimum withdrawal amount? It save some tx fee too. If that is not feasible or convenient to you, I'll try to find a way to invite their representative to this thread.
