Still gamblers decision in which site to gamble , either centralized or Decentralized , or having KYC or not yet we are the one to decide .

Yeah they have been doing it consistently from long time and @so98nn has been winner in few of them also with his amazing pencil crafting skills and it was just another update from to the community that there is another art contest on Halloween theme this time.With more time passing by the competition is rising and artist are becoming really creative in bringing up amazing arts in each category.So appreciate team and @Hhampuz for organizing them at regular intervals.

I remember that even those not winning in the beginning but now? as years goes by? they are improving more and more and yes some past champion seems to be losing now Grin

let me expand the point on hosting vs government regulations

government powers reach crypto to a certain extent but we know that as an example they can't stop bitcoin
for now most of the hosting websites are companies based somewhere with a government
one day maybe the hosting will be distributed/descentralized in a way that it can't be stopped by any government or person
makes sense?

Yeah have sense , yet there is a Maybe One Day and if that day comes really government cannot stop this but as long as hosting is still under government powers we have no choice but to comply , simple as that and yes I have already accept that fact for some time now as I still enjoyed gambling site either have or not about KYC thing.
