And since preventing a negative outcome is easier than dealing with its aftermath then we need to make sure to never fall into this pattern of behavior, and quite honestly it is not really that difficult, just set a budget of how much money you are willing to gamble each month and you can also put a daily time limit so you do not spend too much time gambling, if you do this and respect those limits you will find out that you will always be in control and it will be almost impossible to gamble irresponsibly this way.

Well, it's easier said than done. Those of us who are responsible since the beginning and have our limits set up that we respect and follow can say that it's easy to do it, but ask someone who has been gambling recklessly from the beginning of their journey and that usually happens because they are not disciplined with their finances in general in their life which is why they can't manage their bankroll in a good manner when they venture into the gambling space, and they won't be able to do that as long as they don't learn financial management first.

Believe me, some people manage to win huge amounts through lotteries or gambling or any other means, but they spend it all on useless things and have nothing left after some time only because they lack financial management skills which could make them use the money wisely and make more money with it. The same is the case with reckless and irresponsible gamblers.
