I think getting a PDF from the bank is as easy as getting the image of the statement or whatever part of your bank information that was requested, I don't know how bank apps work in your region, but in my bank app I can request for either pdf or image of the statement at the point of demands and that format get sent to email.

So I believe if that is your problem, I advise you to get through to your bank and request for that or make it manually by yourself you can convert the image to a PDF file and get it sent to the casino team, I believe that this will solve your problem at once.
