I don't think casinos will ever consider having such an option. Inasmuch as casinos might also be guiding and advising gamblers to gamble responsibly, setting such a limit won't be a thing for them. Let's not forget that casinos are businesses, and they are there to make profit, which means your loss for the week is their own gain. Setting up such an option for a minimum loss in a week is going to reduce their own earnings from gamblers.
Like any business, gambling platforms have a priority on generating profits and therefore will not set terms of use or features that limit the realization of those profits. This is obvious anyway.
On this basis, setting limits that take into account the gambler’s budget cannot be one of the platform’s priorities, especially such a proposal that no platform has and will not consider adopting.
On the other hand, it is important to acknowledge that loss limits are a part of the player and are the characteristics of a wise gambler. Gambling platforms are not trading platforms, otherwise we would see developers launching bots to set these limits.
