Maybe Manchester United can try to recruit Xabi, although he doesn't have much experience but at Leverkusen he can form a solid squad, but also Manchester United have to spend more money to recruit him.

I don't think new Coach will do anything better than Ten Hag has done so far. all coaches after Ferguson and before Ten Hag had tried their best for Manchester United, but they all failed, including Jose Mourinho. this proves that situation at Manchester United is not about the coach / management, but this is club's problem as whole, especially the environment around the team that no positive impact towards the players. it's like we find bad news from a player every season after season. Manchester United need to find a right way to change like how Tottenham have been doing so far. for now, the togetherness and the team character are much more important than the quality of the players.
