Yes of course Manchester United have all it takes to become a better club because when we talk about squad they are okay, they have so many good quality players that can deliver well in times performance, and also just as you said irrespective of how poor Manchester United may have been performing we cannot compare them to most of the middle teams that are struggling to come up.
However, this season Manchester United still often experiences difficulties in most of its important matches, because having more quality players does not guarantee that a team will be better if the coach is not good enough in giving direction to every player in the team. I also really want to see big changes in the Manchester United team this season, especially in the way they play when playing matches in any competition.
