I agree with that, it won't be difficult if you have that kind of mindset though it's not easy but still doable if you are willing to work on it, at first the temptation will continue to lead you to keep playing and the resistance from your mind is weak to stop, but along the way, when you are already well-decided to remove yourself from this venue of entertainment, you will find that wisdom and the willingness to step away.
