2023/2024 EPL campaign is one of the competitive campaigns for elite teams, because we have witnessed the decline and rise of EPL clubs this season. Both teams will never underestimate each other because they both know that the opposing team's strength is as good as their own. Liverpool have recovered from their slump last season and so far they have become the team that could be favored for the title instead of just Arsenal and Manchester City. Liverpool's advantage is that they didn't have a tough game before against Brentford, but Manchester City did when they were forced to draw against Chelsea.

Manchester City has home advantage which can help them be motivated and have good confidence to win. However, it is not as easy as imagined, of course because Liverpool is the other biggest threat that Pep Guardiola and his troops need to worry about.

Currently no team is a big team or a small team. I have seen the mighty fallen in this year EPL season. This is one competitive season as every team is a threat to each other. The way they play is like a battle any slight chances of mistake the next team takes it as an advantage. If a team cannot win the league, they will make sure the other is frustrated in the game or perhaps a player might get injured in the process. I feel for clubs who are participating in other competition especially for those who are playing in the Champions league. They will find it very difficult if they don't buy good players during January when the transfer window will be open.
