Actually it's not like that, but if you keep the gambling records,it help you to understand the total loss or gain at the end of the day in the gambling sites. If you had made the continuous loss or gain in the gambling sites,So you may keep the calculation in the memory of your brain itself, the gambling will give the random loss and gain.So the gambler should keep their win and loss in the separate spreadsheet. It helps you to understand the current loss or profit y yourself in the gambling sites.Even you can target the loss of the gambling sites in the future game, but targeting loss was never recommended in gambling. If you had some good dollars for the back up,you can target the loss in the gambling sites. So the loss was recovered in the upcoming games in the gambling sites.
If someone has experienced a lot of losses and writes it down in his gambling notes, it will indirectly be recorded in his brain's memory so that his subconscious will want him to try to recover his losses. He wouldn't realize that desire even if he actually continued gambling after his losing streak. But if he could control himself, he would not try to recover his losses because he already knew that it would only increase the number of losses even greater. He will be able to accept the losses he has recorded, and he will only try to reduce the number of losses so that in the next month, he can see a large reduction in the number of losses. He will also not target to reach the winning amount because he knows that getting winnings from gambling is difficult to achieve.

If they did not keep track of their records, it is possible that they would simply set aside a limited amount of money for gambling in order to keep their own losses under control. It's depressing to know how much money you've lost over the course of your gambling career, but it could be a sign that you need to stop gambling or put some restrictions on how much you gamble.
If they can really control themselves while gambling, they don't need a gambling record because they can control the amount of their losses. And it is true that we are the ones who should regulate the amount of money we use for gambling and not follow our desires of wanting to win. Moreover, we already have an experience where if we chase a win, we may experience even greater loss. So it's better for them to just accept whatever the result is and they can go back to gambling again another day.
