Why don't you send an email about the refund policy to every registered user instead of asking them to send a refund request? And why have you
added those users in your distrust list who have left negative feedback on your account.
I second the motion. If they really want to do things properly, they should contact everyone in their database. Not ask people on this forum to contact them as the burden of effort should not fall on those to whom money is owed. Also, there are a lot of people who used to play on Betnomi who are not part of the forum.
And an explanation of the changes to the trust list would also be welcome.
