Why don't you send an email about the refund policy to every registered user instead of asking them to send a refund request? And why have you added those users in your distrust list who have left negative feedback on your account.

Given not everybody check their email every day and some even put their email notification on silence, I think ryzaadit's suggestion will have better coverage. Broadcasting it on their media, all of the media they have, will helps convey this refund plan better --supposing they're true with their intention.

Otherwise, I agree that only informing the refund here and TG and then giving it a 30 days deadline seems very unfair.

To be fair, they did also communicate it through their 2 Telegram channels. So it's not only on this forum. They could have mentioned it on their Betnomi.com website though.
Anyway, I still see little reason why all of a sudden they would have funds available now. But if they do pay me I wiill be the first to report it on here.
I wil have to agree with the comment you quoted, 30 days ultimatum is too short and unfair to be honest, the fact that they announced the refund plan on their 2 telegram accounts, and as well as on this forum means nothing much.

First thing to note is that, not every of their users were on this forum, so by this, their announcement here definitely did not reach all their users.

Secondly, several of their users must have left their telegram groups or unsubscribed from their channel after what happened happened, this some people as it helps them forget about their loss and move on.

So, for the two reasons mentioned above, 30 days is unfair, and it shows they probably do not want to pay every one who lost money with them, if you guys ask me, I did say that a fair duration for the refund program to be open is one year, this is give everyone who lost money a chance to come around and reclaim their money back.
