Regarding the suggestion to send an email to users, this is clearly the most effective way to resolve this issue. However, as we mentioned in our initial statement, we do not have access to the database. We do have a limited version of the database that is shared with regulators for compliance purposes. If we had access to the actual site database, we would simply restore the site and allow users to withdraw their funds directly. Unfortunately, this is not the case, and we can only do what we can with the resources available to us.

The onions is still on the company to reach out to all those that have lost hope to recover what they had in the platform. Quite a number of complaints came in here on this platform and of course some customers are not part of this platform, that means you have to make effort to send mails to those. You have to be very loud about the refund process and not just on this platform.

You have to go public and on your website if you want to show sincerity. You have to also extend the window for withdrawal because one month is small considering the numbers of people who won't get the news from now till a month time.
