Yes, there are many good players in Barcelona squad. But many of them can't play in their best form nowadays. Not sure what's happening with them, it may be caused by the tactics or low motivation in playing. Or it can be the impacts because some players got injury for a long time. Lewandowski is one of the player who experienced this problem, he can't play at his best level anymore after he got severe injury.

Obviously, any coach including Xavi wants to have many players in their team and they want to hire the better layer they have right now. But I think that's not something they can do that for the Barcelona team, because Barcelona is not in a good financial situation, and hiring new players can't be easy for this team with the current situation they have.
