They get this security man for my area this man drink everyday this man no go chop na drink and na all this short gin way for damage things for body but this man no gree not until one day way thief fight with am they beat am e no get strength to even stand up na people carry am go hospital as I dy type like this that man don die.

Everything has it own advantages only when you abuse it, it can not affects you when you haven't abused it. Doctors always raise alarms constantly concerning excessive sugar is not good, you can keep some good percentage of sugar or anything you like well but you shouldn't abuse them because the disadvantage are not considerable. Alcohol is not a thing we should take as do or die, we should only take them ones a while and not everyday.
