to get the private key it is sufficient to remove the hologram with e.g. a carpet knife or another sharp and pointed object. only the part around the hologram will be 'destroyed'. between the holo and the pk (as qr-code) there is a piece of paper to provide further protection

If the glue is too strong I'd use a hairdryer or heatgun to gently melt the glue and remove it. It should work
