I’m just asking for an update after 8hrs of waiting while they promise a 2hrs waiting for this maintenance to finish. I message them just once this morning yet his reply seems like I already asked for update multiple times. I swear I will not gonna ask again!

It is a common thing because live support is working/answering to questions/inquiries based on the information they get from the other team who is in charge for the issue. In such deposit/withdrawal issue, the one who is in charge for the issue must be the finance staff who has the access to do anything about deposit/withdrawal system. Live support cant do nothing more except giving information as what they get from the finance staff and if the issue is still not yet fixed or need more hours means that the finance staff is still working on it. What you did is not wrong because you are asking again after the ETA they gave before, maybe most players will do the same like what you did because they are worrying about their deposit/withdrawal which is something normal.
