In response to your question, the OP will have to confirm but I am certain he stated he won the game and the bet but later when he logged in to the account, he found the bet was voided. The screenshot shows he won the Al Fayha FC vs Ahal FC game.
Was this bet actually canceled after the game has finished or was it canceled before it started? You placed the bet on the 23rd of Nov. so is it possible that you were refunded before then?
Yes, but the question here [and I think it's a very good one] is whether the bet got cancelled before the match ended [i.e., somewhere between 23rd November to when he logged back in] or was it after the match ended [i.e., within twenty minutes of the whistle being blown and the time OP logged in].
The impression I get, OP made an account, deposited, placed a bet, and didn't look back until that twenty minutes after, so he can be oblivious of the status of his bet prior to it being ended. When he said he won, I think he meant to say he's sure he won because he knew he placed a bet for Al Fayha, but not exactly know whether the bet was already canceled or not.
