Really most of the great taste comes from the plants like ketchup, spices, sugars, etc, otherwise it tastes really stale and boring. That's why it's so easy to cook up vegan food that tastes exactly like how meat does.

Also if you want to try out becoming vegan, I suggest adding a multivitamin to your diet that you take everyday, make sure it has Vitamin B12 and add grounded flaxseed to your daily diet as well.

You know when you are an atheist and you tell a Christian they are wrong... The Christian will not listen to you... or your so called 'evidence' or 'science'... because that stuff is wrong...

You know when you are vegan and tell a meat eater that you can feel better than you have ever felt in your entire life, eat the same exact foods that taste better than before, save a ton of money by spending nothing on meat which costs more to produce and is more expensive, and overall improve your life in ways you never experienced before.... The meat eater will maybe listen?

But yeah like I said before if you want to try, make sure to take a multivitamin everyday that has Vitamin B12, also add some grounded flaxseed to your diet too. It's easiest to start with vegan meat substitute foods, they taste really good, and you can basically eat that your entire life too and be called a vegan. But most likely you'll want to try out different recipes in the future.

Vegetable omega 3 is not absorbed by body, you need to eat fish like salmon. I have a salmon that I fished myself and beat the shit out of once it was on my boat and stabbed a dagger through its head, its in my fridge waiting to be cooked tomorrow.
