I think that only those who record their betting sessions strictly as possible or as they can, are the gamblers who are already treating gambling a serious thing, or they are trying to make it as their alternative income stream/source. I'm not against with that, and I like that in fact. It's better than those who are less educated.

If you are good with the amount that you allocate for your gambling then there's no pressure whatever will be the outcome of your sessions, most of the time gambler who treat this venue as a source of entertainment and not allowing to exceed to anything are those who are in good in terms of their money managements. Though there's time that they might break that settings but as long as they can reset everything, they are still in control.

As a gambler, you need to make sure that you are keeping things is the right setup. Without control, things will not be friendly and risk is heavier in terms of your financial aspects.
