I am writing here again since nobody replied to me today.
I have a problem. I requested a BTC withdrawal today but it never arrived. It says:

Can TheQuin or someone help me here please. Is freebitcoin still paying out or they stopped?

Also both of freebitco.in withdrawal addresses slow and instant are empty since September. I still have about 0.008 BTC there. I'll wait a few days and see. Maybe this is the end. What a shame after all this time freebitco.in to scam their loyal users.
This transaction confirmed a few hours ago and currently has 23 confirmations. Perhaps it took a while for them to broadcast the transaction and that's why it wasn't visible on block explorers. As you can see they are using different withdrawal addresses now that change dynamically after every transaction.
I have to say that it is very difficult to change your withdrawal Bitcoin address, if you do not have access to your 2FA device. I recently lost access to the device and now I am f$%#ed. I created the Bitcoin address on a custodial service that will not sign the Bitcoin address that I used with my freebitco.in account. (that was years ago)
You can also not do a lot without the 2FA.... and you cannot disable the 2FA, so you guys should protect the 2FA key backup with your life, if you have a lot of coins on this site.

According to the site you can reset 2FA by opening a browser window where you are not logged in and clicking on the RESET 2FA button.
@general.zod glad you got your money but little patience would have been nice instead of assuming the worst always wait seek out the support and then post here. @Kakmakr I tested their rest 2FA button it requires secret key in case you have written it somewhere try and find it and not sure if without the secret key if they’ll allow you access but reach out to the support staff and let us know what they say.
