These days you can hardly find casino that are completely kyc free, for whatever reasons at some point you will be required to pass kyc and particularly in sensitive cases as this issue of multiple accounts it's through kyc verification that can be used to prove your originality as the account owner and to further  prevent you from having such experience in the future. At this point the ball is in your court to make your decision depending on how important your account is to you.

I think KYC is the trend of centralized casinos now.  We have seen threads popping up stating that they are unable to withdraw until they proceed with KYC.  So if we are playing in a centralized platform, we must always be ready to submit KYC especially if we win the huge amount that surpasses the threshold of no kYC withdrawal.

This became the new trend now and we should not get surprised about it especially here since casino will be asked to comply on law and want them to have license also Kyc feature since this will make this place safe for any frauds especially right now the mixers issue still hot topic and any washing or money laundering is been  discourage. KYC will be the normal thing here so I guess we just need use to it since this is the law require to any financial platform now.
In as much as I am no fan of KYC as I jealously hold my privacy to a high esteem I just have to admit base on how things are going KYC will definitely penetrate into all crypto-based platforms through by the coercive use of the instrumentality of the state by the government, like the circumstance of mixers it all was like a dream, if you resist you will be swept off the business environment, and these casinos wants to still be in business so they therefore have no alternative than to concur (I can't really blame them). So as gambler we can't escape kyc anymore, if it's not demanded today it will be tomorrow or next.
