In terms of player quality, Man Utd actually has better quality players. Because Chelsea is only full of young players. But Chelsea's inconsistency has been going on since last season. And last season the two top level teams that were inconsistent at the same time were Chelsea and Liverpool. But Liverpool has improved since the middle of the season. Well, this season Chelsea is still inconsistent. But accompanying Chelsea on the list of inconsistent clubs this season is Man Utd. I think Man Utd could also improve from the middle of the season. But I don't know about Chelsea. But I hope Chelsea can improve as soon as possible. Because of course Todd Boehly has invested a lot in this club. But things still don't seem to be as he expected.

In terms of players I will agree with you Manchester united players are better compared to Chelsea players I will also say they are still yet to experience and learn more, let's not hope anything from both teams this season they should go and work more on themselves, even if Chelsea win or Manchester united win that doesn't guarantee a come back this season cause when facing a strong team they will be powerless, the problem with Manchester united right now is Ten Hang and Onana, after watching Manchester united vs Newcastle, the team lacks structure what's Ten Hang doing? Then after every match Onana will be the talk of the match.
I don't really know for Chelsea cause the problem there is very big lol, After using money to buy new players there's nothing to show, I call them frauds, but maybe Pochettino might be the problem who knows, I just hope for change in both teams.

With the way I observed Chelsea play in their last match, I think that they need more understanding as a team but in comparison to Manchester United, I feel they are superior currently.
Manchester United problem is more of using players that are not in form regularly to play matches that they get substituted for before the end of 90'.
If we should offer to sway the managers of both clubs, I think Chelsea would do better and play more beautiful football compared to Manchester United.
