How it can be completely independent and autonomous service?I think that if the feds need to trace someone from this forum, there's nothing stopping them from following a link to a picture posted on the forum to any independent third party image hosting service, not just TalkImg.com.
If the hosting servers are outside the jurisdiction of the feds, then the feds will not be able to do anythingIn fact, they won't need to do that, because they can easily make a request to the forum administrator.
