I think over 1 million of the premine has been spent, but Captainhook the unknown creator still holds onto the rest. I tried buying the premine off him when iCoin first started for 12 btc as I thought I could do better with the coin. Then the iCoin team surprised me but the price was being squashed and nervous investors as they affaird captainhook could dump out at any time.

Maybe Ryan can PM bluestreet to restart iCoin if it's worth it or maybe captainhook will do something about the premine?
