However, in his case I overruled the existing rule, as this user tried to abuse the contest in plain sight. Same will happen now. In any case, Royse "managed" to obtain even more votes at that category, thus franky1 got "only" second place. Perhaps he'll have more luck this year? 
The point is that others may do the same, and not be as clear in this objective, as franky1 .
But, we hope that doesn't happen. I believe that most people have common sense and understand the objective of the competition: to have a little fun.
